Terms of Use
Last updated: July 15, 2023
Please read these terms carefully before using a WEBGEHEUER app or service.
Company and service
These Terms of Use apply to apps and related services provided by WEBGEHEUER OÜ, Sepapaja 6, 15551 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia.
In these terms, "Service" means the relevant app, website, feature, subscription, in-app purchase, or related support channel.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the Service.
App stores and in-app purchases
Apps may be downloaded through Apple App Store or Google Play. In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by the store from which the app was downloaded.
Store purchases are also subject to the applicable store terms and payment rules. If there is a payment, billing, cancellation, or refund issue, the relevant app store may need to handle the request directly.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service may be available only with a paid subscription. Subscription periods, prices, renewals, and cancellation options are shown in the relevant app store or app interface.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. If a subscription was purchased through an app store, cancellation must be made through that store.
Unless required by law or by the relevant app store rules, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
Accounts and user content
If an app includes accounts, you are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for safeguarding access credentials.
If a Service allows you to submit, upload, or share content, you are responsible for that content and must have the rights needed to use it.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or malicious content.
- Do not impersonate another person or entity.
- Do not use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising.
Content and backups
Where an app stores user content, reasonable efforts may be made to keep the Service reliable, but no backup or restore process can be guaranteed to be error-free.
You should keep your own copy of important content in a location independent of the Service.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, original content, features, and functionality, remains the property of WEBGEHEUER OÜ and its licensors.
You may not use WEBGEHEUER trademarks, branding, or app assets without prior written permission.
Feedback
If you send feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you allow WEBGEHEUER OÜ to use them without restriction or compensation.
Copyright and infringement reports
WEBGEHEUER respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content in a Service infringes your rights, contact feedback@webgeheuer.com with enough detail to review the claim.
Third-party links and services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, stores, or integrations. WEBGEHEUER OÜ does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Termination
Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated if these terms are breached, if the Service is discontinued, or where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEBGEHEUER OÜ disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEBGEHEUER OÜ and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, privacy, or goodwill.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, national, or international laws.
If you have a concern or dispute, please try to resolve it informally first by contacting WEBGEHEUER OÜ.
EU users
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
Changes
These terms may be modified or replaced from time to time. If a change is material, reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice before it takes effect.
By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
